Saldo is predominantly Zinfandel with small quantities of Petite Sirah & Syrah incorporated to create a more complex wine. Dark ruby colour with bold aromas of black licorice, black pepper, cherry, & baking spice. The entry is rich, full, & scintillating. The palate is mouth-watering & smooth with a hint of chocolate. The finish is voluptuous with soft, velvety tannins.
