This is very much tequila with a soul, handcrafted rather than produced. Cenote Cristalino Añejo Tequila is made from 100% agave. It is aged in American white oak bourbon barrels for over a year, and then the colour is removed via activated carbon filtration. Flavours of baked agave, white pepper, dried fruits & a hint of spicy oak on the finish.
