Made from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir. This elegant and crisp sparkling wine is made in the traditional French style – Methode Traditionelle and has a great intensity of flavour with added complexity. The aroma possesses nuances of nougat, brioche and wafts of sea spray. The refreshing palate shows fresh cut apple with a fine bead, creamy texture and a fresh finish.
