It is said that this vineyard named “Roussot” (from French roussir – to redden) owes its name to the fact that the wood on this plot starts to take on autumnal hues and turns red from about August 15th each year.  100% pinot noir, this wine displays a supple and integrated tannic structure while its aromatic strength remains silky smooth. It will go perfectly with spicy and richer meat dishes. A wine with finesse and elegance.
