His One Block Chardonnay comes from (as you might guess from the name) a single block from the Swallowfield Vineyard, sitting at around 280m above sea level, in the upper Yarra Valley. It's a bright, textural and truly superb offering of Yarra Chardonnay to enjoy now or later.
