Sourced from the finest low-yielding Hunter Valley vineyards, aged in the highest quality French oak to produce a wine of complexity and structure. The nose has citrus blossom and grapefruit, underlying this wonderful fruit is a rich buttery, nutty oak influence. The palate has layer upon layer of complexity with an almost magical balance between oak and fruit.
