Lange Estate TSR Cabernet Sauvignon
The Travelling Stock Route (TSR) that runs through the back section of the Lange Estate was used by previous generations of the Lange family to move sheep used for wool production. Connecting Bridgetown and Mount Barker, the TSR travels through the Lange’s property to use two major watering holes along the way – vital to the welfare of the animals and their drovers who were making the long journey. Vibrant deep purple with a nose of enticing dark plum, cassis, mint and subtle baking spice. Plush and elegant palate of ripe blueberry, cocoa, clove, and hints of gum leaf. Rich and balanced mouthfeel with supportive fine tannin and gentle acidity leading to a long finish.
