Produced from 7 Grands Crus, the Pommery Grand Cru 2009 vintage is the expression of a year described by some as a gift from the gods. Nature offered an ideal summer: hot, dry and very sunny. The bunches were of an exceptional state of health and the natural balance of the juice from this harvest was close to perfection. Based on a blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, the wine is precise, fine and intense with reminiscent of Champagne chalk, exceptionally mineral with velvety structure.
