Native to southern Italy, it comes as no surprise that this variety is a perfect match for Clare Valley terroir. The vines can produce a strong stylistic example of Fiano's characteristics. We have chosen to create a textural style of Fiano, concentrated and delicious with lifted tropical lychee and peach flavours, balanced with fresh grassy herbal notes and a creamy yet crisp finish. Naturally, this style of wine goes well with pasta and white meat dishes.
