The region includes three National Parks, the largest being Kahurangi, known for its great natural beauty, and is home to some of the finest Brown trout fishing water in the world. This wine displays a nose that is mildly spicy with a note of Black Doris plums and lavender. The soft palate is rich in strawberries and dark berry fruit and combines for an easy and pleasurable drinking experience.
