Zilzie's Cabernet Sauvignon has generous layers of rich dark berry fruits, delicate tannins, and an elegant touch of oak. The palate of menthol and mint is balanced by ripe blackcurrant and plum. Tannins are mature and rounded which will support further aging. It is ideal for cured meats such as salami and prosciutto, as well as soft cheeses.
